no sickles for steven’s birthday
i went to target, the kosher kroger, and the chinese store to get some foods for the next few weeks, and i ended up buying another huge box of tom yum-flavored ramen (i know, i know, i’m shameless azn) so that i could use my credit card.
i donno what that symbol means.
playing dress up
i didn’t wear this, but i realized that i have a million dresses with nowhere to go.
i should stop shopping.
snowballx
i was humongously fragile for the about two weeks, so i kept missing picture days.
i loved this one we took in class, though. the lecturer was telling us that calcium is stored mostly in bone, which was extremely useful, and chris brought a snowball inside.
oh yea.
it snowed that day.

this was a nice show. i’m excited about eventually (hopefully) seeing the get up kids come to memphis.
appletinis all over my new boots is not cool
we had a wobbly table at dish, and when simon came back with my final (i.e., second) appletini, it spilled and dripped all over the table. i took this picture while he was away so that he wouldn’t make fun of me.
i do not belong in shoes, i guess.

i forgot to take a picture that night, but flickr let me change the date. mwahaha.
i sat by my phone for a while and meant to learn about breasts, but neither of those things panned out until the next morning.
pants of the day
red dress and skinny jeans in the h(izz)ouse. i don’t expect my order from UO to arrive until tomorrow, but so far, i’m liking everything. i wish that the dress had a zipper, though. it makes it kinda awkward to get in and out. plus it needs a little bit of ironing and, like, a girl to wear it who isn’t sick and puffy and garlicky and frizzy.
they are so dark.
i like them.
i hope they don’t wash the darkness away like my other pants did. that was super lame.
i love lamp
actually, i got this lamp a few days ago. it has a perfectly cylindrical paper shade covered with something that reminds me of the linen flats that i will be getting in a few days.
it’s been lighting my room in lieu of my floor lamp inconveniently but aesthetically placed in the corner. i’ve been in my room almost all day, except for when i ventured out around 4 o’clockish to watch the nightly news and saw president obama (i think i am a day late on the excitement and newness) giving vice president biden a very :| face about a chief justice roberts joke.

someone caught old prostitute dolphin disease from brian and christi. we were at westy’s again after a bunch of chicken and sprite and salsa and chips and extremely greasy french fries at t.j. mulligan’s thanks to the social chairs. a few walk me downs and appletinis and dirty martinis and curvy glass drinks later, we were watching this girl from heroes in a plastic suit that i need to get to make up for my squiggy face.
that gym needs to open up for our ’80s (what? i was born in 1987) selves.
