i was out-of-my-mind excited to finally have some “alone time” with simon after two weeks of him in england, a week of him in chicago, a week of him in memphis though not very much accessible thanks to a massive amount of somehow piled up schoolwork, a night of him with our friends that he hadn’t seen (properly) in ages, and a night of him at my ex boyfriend’s favorite bar.
then i thought to myself, “these pants look navy. they were teal in the store.”
